2025年8月5日，柬埔寨商业博彩管理委员会（简称“博彩委员会”）秘书处发布了关于在柬埔寨王国合法经营赌场的第009/25号通知（简称“通知”）。通知旨在提醒公众并确保所有赌场博彩活动严格遵守商业博彩管理法（简称“博彩法”）。
根据博彩法第35条和第74条的规定，在柬埔寨王国合法经营赌场博彩的运营商必须满足以下条件：
- 持有博彩委员会颁发的有效经营许可证，并仅在许可证上指定的地点经营赌场业务；
- 拥有博彩类型、博彩规则、设备和/或赌场博彩软件的适当注册证书；
- 执行并遵守博彩委员会批准的博彩规则；
- 确保博彩由持证专职员工操作；及
- 确保博彩设备和/或软件已经注册并获得博彩委员会的认可（并贴有下方所附的认可标签）。
