Our Shanghai office, established in 2003 shortly after China joined the World Trade Organisation, has been pivotal in facilitating business interactions and transactions in China for various foreign clients from Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. With the launch of the One Belt One Road initiative in 2013, we have intensified collaboration with our regional offices in the Rajah & Tann Asia network, aiding Chinese clients with outbound investments in Southeast Asia and other countries globally.
