在并购控制方面,新加坡继续大力开展监管活动,涉及广告和营销行业以及肿瘤内科行业拟议并购交易的审批。在印度尼西亚,印度尼西亚竞争委员会有条件批准了TikTok收购一家大型电商平台的交易,并通过对逾期提交的合并申报处以罚款(即使仅延迟一到两天),体现了其严格的执法立场。在越南,越南竞争委员会对涉及Grab的经济集中申请的批准附加了条件。
竞争法领域的立法修正案和政策举措不断增多,彰显了持续的进步和改革。在菲律宾,竞争委员会提高了并购强制申报的门槛,并推出了竞争合规计划工具包,以支持企业管理合规风险。印度尼西亚的竞争法目前正在进行重大改革,拟议的修正案旨在更新法律并增强印度尼西亚竞争委员会的执法权力。在新加坡,消费品安全和法定计量职能已移交给新加坡竞争与消费者委员会,为其提供了更广泛的工具来加强市场诚信和开展调查。越南已发布《电子商务法草案》征求公众意见,该草案将对管理电子商务行业的法律框架进行重大修订,并加强消费者保护和竞争监督方面的规定。在泰国,电子商务监管也一直是重点,该国起草了针对不公平交易行为和电子商务平台垄断行为的新指南。在马来西亚,航空监管机构的合并导致航空业竞争执法职能的转移。
