新加坡知识产权局与东盟其他成员国的知识产权局共同启动了东盟专利审查合作加强版（”ASPEC+“）计划，自2026年4月6日起生效。
东盟专利审查合作（”ASPEC“）是九个东盟成员国（文莱、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、老挝、马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国和越南）知识产权局之间首个区域性专利工作共享计划，旨在促进参与国知识产权局之间共享检索和审查结果，使申请人能够更快、更高效地获得相应的专利。
ASPEC+是现有ASPEC计划下新增的选项，旨在提供更加统一的专利报告和更明确的时间安排。ASPEC+的主要特点包括：
- 根据您在东盟的市场优先事项，选择适当的知识产权局；
- 在 10 至 14 个月内收到首次审查意见，尽早了解专利申请的状态；
- 通过您选择的知识产权局之间的专业知识交流，获得更高效的检索和审查结果；
- 有可能从您选择的不同知识产权局获得相同或类似的审查结果；以及
- 由于可以同时准备针对相同或相似审查结果的答复，可以优化专利申请的精力、时间和资源投入。
目前申请 ASPEC+ 计划是免费的。但知识产权局的官方检索和审查费用仍需支付。
