US$40,000 raised for Habitat for Humanity

A big thank you to 700 of our clients and colleagues who tuned in to our inaugural virtual fundraiser “A New Hope – Happy Hour with RTA” held on 29 July 2020 as Rajah & Tann Asia stands in solidarity with those affected by the COVID-19 virus. Participants were treated to a relaxing evening of music, performances and the opportunity to partake in a rousing and thrilling live art auction that got everyone on their toes and heart racing for their favourite oil painting piece – all in a bid to raise funds for the less fortunate. Through the art auction, we are pleased to have raised US$40,000 in a dollar-for-dollar matching fund by the R&T Foundation in support of Habitat for Humanity, a global non-profit housing organisation working in local communities with a vision of creating a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
