The services cover the full life cycle of the projects including legal due diligence, project structuring advice, PPP/concession, project documentation drafting and negotiation, project life legal advice, claim management and dispute resolution. Andrew holds PRC legal qualification and is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
