Andrew is specialised in advising clients on the investment, development, financing, construction, and operation of energy and infrastructure projects worldwide. The jurisdiction coverage extends to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Europe and Latin America.

The services cover the full life cycle of the projects including legal due diligence, project structuring advice, PPP/concession, project documentation drafting and negotiation, project life legal advice, claim management and dispute resolution.
