Advising and assisting the Export-Import Bank of China with a RMB2.3 billion government concessional loan to the government of the Republic of the Philippines, to finance the implementation of the Samal Island-Davao City Connector Project for the design and construction of a sea-crossing bridge planned to serve approximately 25,000 vehicles a day.
